We call ourselves Team Daluyan—a simple family with grateful hearts and a deep desire to give back. It all started with quiet prayers and honest conversations about how blessed we’ve been, even in seasons of lack. We've seen how God provides in unexpected ways, and now, we feel called to be a vessel—a daluyan—of those blessings for others. We’re just beginning—no big campaigns yet, just small, faith-filled steps. We chose to support UNICEF because we believe every child deserves safety, care, and hope. As we plan our first fundraiser, we may not have much to give, but we believe that even the smallest act of kindness, when given with love, can create waves of change. Team Daluyan is our way of saying: the blessings we receive are not just for us—they're meant to flow through us, one blessing at a time.

Me and my partner are just starting—nothing big yet, just a simple idea born from gratitude. We’re ordinary people who have received so many blessings from the Lord, even during seasons when we had little. And now, we feel it in our hearts to give back and be a channel of His blessings for others. We haven’t done anything major yet, but we’ve decided to take a step of faith by starting a small fundraiser for UNICEF. We were moved by how they help children—through food, education, and protection—and we want to be part of that mission, even in a small way. Right now, we’re still in the planning stage. We're praying for guidance, and we’re talking about what we can do—maybe start by sharing online, reaching out to friends, or selling a few things we no longer use. It’s all just beginning, but our hearts are fully in it. We believe that when you begin with the right purpose, God will open doors. And even if we’re just starting, we know He can use our simple efforts to make a real difference in a child’s life.

As a solo parent, I have been raising my daughter without the support of her father since my pregnancy. He gave support but only twice and that was only for her birthday until she was 2. As a single mom, despite not having much, I make sure to provide my daughter all the things she needed. I want to make sure that she will feel love even with just Us. I am just lucky to have my family to help me and support us when needed.As she grows old, she saw many unfortunate people either on street or near malls. Because of that, she realized how blessed she is to have a place to call home, food to eat, clothes to wear, to be able to attend school and to have a family.So, with our birthdays coming, please join us in our pledge with UNICEF to provide the underprivileged people to provide a brighter future.We will be forever grateful with your support and for helping our fellow Filipinos.“Once your heart is moved, it will develop into something better and positive.” - BTS Jimin

We introduce the bible to young children, get them to be interested in the life of Jesus Christ, get them to make bible reading a daily habit, and we meet every Sunday for a meal and catichism. Since March 2020, Sunday meals cannot be possible. Other activities go online with the help of other adults within the kids' homes. We've been supporting UNICEF programs and on my 60th, we will celebrate my day by donating to my UNICEF Birthday Fundraiser instead and help other kids from afar. Thank you. Generosity is multiplied at the source.
