You agree and understand that all Loans are made voluntarily and at your sole discretion and risk.You also agree and understand that, in most instances, the Borrowers are considered “high risk” for a variety of factors, including, but not limited to the Borrowers’ lack of credit history, the use of loans proceeds for entrepreneurial endeavours including investment in “start - up” business and the risk of financial instability.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that:

1. SimplyGiving.com makes no representation, warranty, covenant or guarantee that any funds you lend to a Borrower via the Service will be repaid in whole or in part;
2. Loans are unsecured and may bear a high risk of non-repayment;
3. You will lend only those amounts on the website that you are prepared to give up as donation, in the event the loan defaults; and
4. Neither SimplyGiving.com, nor any Borrower, will have any obligation to pay interest on the Loan or other fees or amounts to you in connection with the Loan you make.
