My name is julius john sarmiento 31yrs old from Philippines and an OFW in Japan. Here’s my story. 

I was once a ex-trainee in Japan for 3yrs in an Electronics Company. I studied Japanese language and worked as an production operator. My contract ended October 2018 and went back to Philippines. After my contract,  i still studied japanese languange because i want to go back in Japan. 

I was about to have a job year 2020 but due to Pandemic it was postponed. Waited again and still applying with different agency. Year 2023, I took all the necessary exam requirements for application in Japan and passed all the exam and got selected by a Japanese employer. My heart is so grateful, finally the long wait is over and all my hardwork is paid off. Thank you Lord, I  got the Job in my dream country. I was so happy preparing all the needed documents. I undergo medical and the time came, May 13, 2024 is my much awaited time. I landed on my dream country and started to prepare the needed requirement to start my job. I just started my work and suddenly on my rest day a lumps in my neck and under arm came and i experienced high fever with non-stop cough. I was accompanied by my supervisor in one of the clinic and got checked. The following day we went to a hospital and here start all the necessary laboratories. I undergo CT SCAN, diff blood test, ECG and got sample for biopsy and diagnosed with Cancer (Malignant Lymphoma). And because of my condition right now, I need to stay here in the hospital and gain my strength. Also, my company decided that I’am not fit to work anymore 😭💔 and I need to go back in the Philippines. My family has no enough money for my hospital bill here in Japan. My medical bills are now ballooning due to my condition. I’am knocking on your good hearts, any amount of donation will be appreciated. 

This fundraising is a big help for my hospital bill and continous support of medication when I go back in the Philippines.
