Heston Siew Fund is an initiative originally under the umbrella Tribute to Kindness (TTK). It is a collaboration with Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC). This significant collaboration is in tandem with the group's objective to reach out to as many poor families as possible in a timely manner. The monies are used for medical treatments, drugs and/or any medical related towards cancer treatment for these children.  The fund is managed by a steering committee. Sitting on the committee are UMMC's panel of distinguished doctors from their Pediatrics Oncology Department, headed by Professor Hany Ariffin and TTK's organisers - former Waikiki's owner Tony Siew, artist Joy Victor and retired hotelier/PR practitioner Judy Pow. The Social Welfare department of UMMC reviews and vets each child's case and it is then communicated to the committee for approvals.
