My Story

I am a volunteer core Angel & a longstanding Yoga teacher & practitioner. 
Together with three close friends, I will be doing a minimum of 10 Sun Salutations a day for 30 days! 
At least 15 more friends/yoga students will be joining us from around the world in our daily November 'sunnies' challenge.
We will also participate in the Hysan Island Hike and Run Race on November 24th!!
