Hi Potential Donor! We are Allergic Rescuers KL, a group of friends juggling full-time jobs, careers, families, together with our volunteering work in rescuing stray cats on the side. Thank you for your interest in us! We are independent animal rescuers; this means that we rely on our own time, energy, resources and donation appeals to rescue and care for stray cats in need that we come across in our daily lives.
Once we rescue stray cats from the streets, markets, rooftops, drains, parking lots, etc., we quarantine them, and first take them to the vet for deflea-ing, deworming, and a thorough check-up to address any other medical attention they need to get them adoption-ready. Once we can confirm they are healthy/old enough, we will also vaccinate and spay/neuter them before adoption. We foster the cats in our own homes or in homes of our network of fosters to socialize them while also toilet-training them. Once our rescued cats are ready to be adopted, we screen for loving and responsible adopters through a thorough application and interview process.
We are conducting this ongoing fundraiser so that we can continue our efforts to save stray cats one at a time, while also addressing the overpopulation problem by spaying/neutering our rescued cats AND also the stray cats (the semi-feral and feral ones) around our communities using the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) method. We do not pay ourselves and 100% of your donations will go straight to the rescued cats under our care. Your donations will feed these cats high quality food to get them strong and healthy, in addition to covering vet fees for their vaccinations, spay/neuter and getting them healthy again!

I am making this donation in the name of Kani Lee, a girl that I once loved. We had a cat, named Nebula (nicknamed Lala), raised since when it was a kitten, feeding off on milk. We loved him alot. However, faith struck when he was poisoned to death by nieghbourhood rat poison. We witnessed his sufferings before our bare eyes, on a Valentine's Day. It was painful and devastating, to both him and us. I hope that with this donation, fewer, if any, cats will suffer the same fate.
