Former KL Tigers 2004's Head Coach Jerome Carrouee is in intensive care in hospital after being struck by a car in France earlier this month.
Our former coach had 2 sons who played for the club, Ethan in the 2004's and Tommy who played for our senior mens team. Jerome was also a Cobra player and a regular tourist, he is well known as a true rugby guy and ran the Touring Side the Flying Elvises, He set up the Flying Elvises rugby Camp a few years ago that many KL Tigers players attended.
He moved to Malaysia in 2000 and married a Malaysian lady, returned to France in 2019 where he recently opened a restaurant.
Jerome's Family are now facing financial difficulties as he has been the sole breadwinner for the family.
