My Story
Hello, this is Ayumi Park, a BTS ARMY content creator on Facebook. I’ve always believed that BTS’s message—love yourself, speak yourself—was more than just words. It’s a call to action. A reminder that kindness and compassion can change lives. That’s why I can’t ignore the heartbreaking reality unfolding in the Philippines.
Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) is one of the most devastating child protection crises in the world today. It’s difficult to even grasp the numbers—millions of innocent children, exploited and violated, sometimes by the very people meant to protect them. And with the Philippines being the epicenter of child sexual abuse materials, this fight demands urgent attention.
When BTS and UNICEF launched the #OnMyMind campaign, I knew this was our chance. Our chance to stand together as an ARMY and make sure that the voices of these children are heard. Our chance to support UNICEF Philippines in its efforts to protect, heal, and empower survivors.
💜 I am asking you, fellow ARMYs, to join me in this movement. We know the power of this fandom. We’ve moved mountains before. We’ve supported countless causes. We can do it again.
