My Story

We are students from DAC1S3G2 from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. 
Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-kanak OKU Bayan Lepas is a non-governments (NGO) Welfare Home for disabled children and elderly. It is dedicated to providing the disabled children and elderly with warmth, as well as loving shelter and proper care. They are willing to serve as guardians for the poor and disabled children and old folks at all times to ensure they will always be protected. The center is located at 2, Jalan Kedidi 1, Desa Ria, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang. 
We chose them as our fundraising objective because we know that the disabled children and elderly persons cared for by the center are among the most needy. It's challenging to care for handicapped youngsters. We need to pay more attention to them and provide them with more comfortable environments in which to assist them. Due to a lack of finances and suppliers, they are unable to satisfy their daily needs for handicapped children and the elderly, such as medical funds, rental utilities, and living expenses, throughout the pandemic. Our fundraising event will be held from February 14th through March 27th, 2022.
