My names are Tony Avbiorokoma, I am here in Malaysia with my family of 4 myself, my wife and our 2 lovely kids of 9 years and 11 years respectively. We are here under the UNHCR as a refugee. due to the slow system of relocating me and my family to a different country, I have decided not to waste the whole time roaming the street of Malaysia doing nothing so as a former soccer player and now a practicing soccer teaching, I have decided to help other refugee families like myself in teaching their kids the soccer game which I know will help relieve some family stress as most of the kids love soccer and from my little experience in the game of soccer, it does help in disciplining a child and help in building a child mental alertness. I have been teaching this kids for a year now and the numbers of kids with us are overwhelming to an extent I had to request for more hands 2 other volunteers whom also are asylum seekers and they have an awesome experience in the game of soccer as well. everything is going on smoothly apart from the financial aspect of it all, we do not have a good playing field due to the fact that we do not have funds to hire any, the public field we use presently is just an open field not really a soccer field but just for kids to play around and run around but we are managing it the way it is as we have no other choice for now. We have kids from various refugee schools all around in Ampang such as Sahaba Support Center (SSC), Pandawas Academy, Malaysia International Korea School (MIKS) IDEAS etc...
