The NUS BIZAD Charity Run is an annual event of the NUS Business School, held to raise funds in support of the NUSBSA Bursary Award and Assumption Pathway School.
This event brings together the NUS business school community to provide financial aid to students in need and to extend our care to the disadvantaged in our society. It is a platform that promotes the spirit of contribution to the community through rallying students, staff and alumni of NUS Business School and the general public.
The NUS Business School will be celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2015. Bizad’s fifth annual run will usher in the new year, kicking off the school’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
The 2015 run will also raise funds to support the Assumption Pathway School (APS). APS is for students from ages 13 to 17 who do not qualify for mainstream education. The specialized curriculum focuses on providing them with vocational skills needed to equip them for a field best suited to their strengths.
