Your everyday spending means more with PayPal
Shop with favourite brands like Zalora and Sephora, checkout with PayPal and 3% of transactions will go towards supporting local communities
This past year has brought out the best in all of us, with Singaporeans from all walks of life rallying together to lend a helping hand to those in need. Together, we’ve made a difference and helped pave the way towards the safe reopening of Singapore. As the community looks ahead to better times, PayPal remains committed to using the power of technology to grow generosity around the world and provide new ways for people to connect and give to the causes they care about – anytime and anywhere.
From 15 July 2021 to 30th September 2021, for every online transaction made with a PayPal Singapore account at a participating merchant, PayPal will donate 3% of the total transaction towards the nominated non-profits. The small gestures of PayPal shoppers will, together, create a big impact with proceeds going to good causes such as supporting vulnerable children and youths, empowering women, caring for senior citizens, as well as conserving the environment. Whether it is a snack on Food Panda, some selfcare indulgence at Sephora or a new wardrobe treat on Zalora, all shoppers have to do is check out with PayPal and the donation will be made for them. #PayPalGiveback is made possible through SimplyGiving, an online social giving platform that provides non-profits with online fund-raising and crowd-funding tools.
To support the #PayPalGiveBack campaign, PayPal has garnered support from local personalities such as Bella Koh, Anita Kapoor and Paul Foster. Together they are using their powerful platforms to drive awareness of the non-profits that they support.
Our Beneficiaries
The Charities supported on #PayPalGiveBack are WWF Singapore, Singapore Breast Cancer Foundation, Lions Befrienders and Singapore Children’s Society.
The donations will be split equally between the 4 charities above.
