Desa Amal Jireh (Jireh Charity Village), founded by Rev. Terrence & Mrs. Kamala Sinnadurai, is an independent non- profit welfare organization registered with the Government Welfare Department (Akta Pusat Jagaan 1993 No: B/PJB P 022/2011) and with the Registrar of Societies (No: 562) with Tax-Exemption status (No: LHDN.01/35/42/51/179-6.5367 Gazetted No: 16247).
Desa Amal Jireh does the works of Rumah Faith (established in 1985) for needy children and Faith Eagle’s Nest (established in 1992) for destitute senior citizens. Currently there are 114 children and 11 senior citizens under our love and care.
We have a Management Committee made up of professional people who make sure that we operate the Home with integrity and accountability. Our accounts are audited by Public Accountants annually.
