My Story

For those that know us Rantas, you know how much we love our dogs and all dogs! 

We’re joining forces with PupFit 2020 to raise money for Catherine Puppies and Sai Kung Stray Friends. These amazing charities help 1000s of animals year on year and we’re here to support where we can! 

The Rantas will be competing as a team (Team RantaMan - Ange and Jules of course) with fellow fitness fanatics doing a series of workouts that will be timed during the month of July! These WODs will be extremely fun but challenging and somewhat puke wrenching!
