My Story

“United in common endeavor”, is a phrase we Canossian girls are too familiar with. Out of sheer opportunity and chance, us girls of the Canossa family, endeavor to help the Canossaville Children and Community Service reach their 2018 goals one step closer this season as the year slowly comes to an end. 

This 2018, Canossaville is opening an integrated preschool, which caters to at risk mainstream children, as well as those with mild-to-moderate special needs, giving priority to the poorest living in the lower income neighbourhoods. The fees charged by Canossaville are highly subsidised. They cover only about 40% of the actual cost of running the centre, including the provision of specialized programmes and therapies for the children. The centre’s operating cost for 2018 is estimated to be $3.7 million. 

On this note, we would like to do our little to help appeal for donations in their mission to empower children from needy families and those with special needs. 

A little goes a long way!
