National Aspiration & Leadership Summit (NALS) is a platform created by the youth for the youth. In 2019, it comprises of 3 major divisions which are NALS Movement, NALS Series and NALS Symposium.

NALS Cares is one of the components in NALS Movement and it focuses on reaching out to the public by initiating 2 projects that would benefit its beneficiaries.

The 2 projects are 'Edu4Student' and 'Charity: Act of Prosperity'.

The number of underprivileged students in Malaysia is now at an alarming rate in which more and more students are not capable of having extra classes that can help them gain more knowledge not only in academic studies, but also in their soft skills. Students of secondary schools in certain parts of urban Malaysian cities are left unattended and this may cause disciplinary problems, not to mention a decrease in efforts for their academics.

Edu4Student is a project organized by NALS in collaboration with Projek Ihsan and Briged Sukarelawan UiTM Shah Alam. This project targets around 40 students to empower and embrace their inner spirit in order to regain faith in studies and other skills. NALS, Projek Ihsan and Briged Sukarelawan UiTM Shah Alam will provide accommodation in terms of manpower and budgeting while Projek Ihsan will help with providing modules as they have been well established for the past 4 years and have a reputation in volunteering for the education sector.

Charity: Act of Prosperity is a collaboration between NALS 2019 and the MPU4 course students of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). Orang Asli Air Bah are deprived of opportunities to further their education and are struggling to get access to basic sanitation. It will be held on the 22nd and 23rd of September 2018 at Kampung Orang Asli Air Bah, Gerik, Perak – a programme to promote the importance of reading and education to the young generation and to create awareness of hygiene among the community.

The 2-day programme will be focusing on the young generation of the community from the age of 6 years old to 15 years old to promote the importance of education as well as having a few educational activities and also reading sessions with the young generation. In fact, it will also be focusing on charity to provide daily basic needs for the community such as sanitary pads, baby diapers, towels, body wash and also household needs.
