About Event

There were many girls and women disproportionally affected due to Covid-19 Pandemic. YWILD Malaysia is attempting to assist a strong-willed woman here who has been struggling to get the right and timely treatment for her acute rheumatoid arthritis and cancer. The pandemic has exacerbated her inability to access the right healthcare facilities. We hope that we all can come together to help her survive and recover. Her name is Kogilarani R. Narayanan. She’s fondly known as Jessy – a Malaysian Artist who have sung close to 20 songs, with “Thedathey ini ennai” as her signature song. She has been entertaining us with her amazing voice and now she needs us!

Hear the history of her health issues and what she needs to survive:

“I'm trying to balance a lot of health issues, from food, sleep pain, sweat, bleeding, peptic ulcer. Unless I get the scheduled treatment, I won't be able to sustain longer.

Here goes the history.

I have been sick for the past 16 years. No diagnosis from any doctors even when I'm in critical condition. 2012, I was diagnosed in India with osteoporosis; osteoarthritis; 1st-grade ligament torn; 2nd-grade ligament torn in my knee; 5 disc prolapse in the spine (Spondylosis) lumbar L 6,7,8, heart problem, and borderline on cancer. I was very ill, but doctors in Malaysia couldn't find any results from the test they take except for having high ESR (inflammation).

2016 I was TRO diagnosed with Lymphoma and rheumatoid arthritis. I was still critical and decided to do Ayurveda treatment in Kerala as docs told me I did have not much choice and they told me I might not survive. With a very critical condition, I went to Kerala Ayurveda and doctors there said the same and refuse to treat me as they said I won't last for even 3 days. But I told the doctor I will sign a letter taking the risk. And I slowly started to recover. Took me a total of 90 days to walk and balance my health. Ayurveda doctors told me that I have to take the treatment every year to be normal or the flare and attacks and other complications will occur. However, I was not able to do so due to financial constraints and the pandemic only worsen the situation further.

I missed two years of treatment which made me lose three molar teeth, recording of my gum receding, and blurry eyes, critical at least once a month and fever, weak bones, and deforming of my bones. Hearing, bleeding from the nose and ears, bad constipation, and other complications. I have been only balancing with my diet and no other medicine. My tibia bone has bent and made a curve. And have a neurological problem in my brain.
All this can be cured only if I can immediately seek Ayurvedic treatment, which will cost me an estimation of RM50,000.00.

I intend to recover fully as my recording and other projects are awaiting and I will be able to get back on my feet to support myself. I really need this help.

Thank you!”

Love and gratitude,
Jessy
