My Story
My Son’s favorite character is Ironman and he gaves me the
cheeky laugh out loud whenever I tell him your Daddy is Ironman indeed 😊.
Running has been a passion ever since my first born few years ago and I have Ran,
Swam a little and Riding will be next. To take part in Ironman 70.3 within the
next 5 years is my goal, to be my Son’s favorite character and also to
lead by example.
Looking at my child, I know how lucky we are to lives in
this part of the world where essentials have never been a worry. Many children
across the region suffers a different fate affected by disasters, whether through loss of life or from diseases
related to malnutrition and poor water and sanitation.
Prudence Foundation, in partnership with Plan International, has been supporting Safe Schools, a disaster risk reduction capacity-building programme which provides children with the vital knowledge and skills to survive natural disasters. The programme now focuses on Cambodia, Thailand, and the Philippines, and aims to share best practice and knowledge with other countries in Southeast Asia.
Hence, I am riding in the upcoming Prudential Ride London 100 miles. With this uphill challenge, I hope you can support by donating in this good cause. We can make a difference!
